Piñata’s are Art! Led by artist Alondra Garza, Spend two evenings creating a paper sculpture, piñata style! Learn about piñata’s culture. Explore different colors of tissue and cellophane paper. Your sculpture can be anything from your imagination - a person, a character, fruit, animal, even an architectural form. Think inside and outside the box! Learn paper cutting techniques and form construction. A Twist: No paper-mache will be used; to speed the process and make it safe for wheat allergies. All supplies and tools will be provided.
